12. Suppose you are the Secretary of a club which has decided to open a library. Write a notice (within 100 words) to the members of your club inviting them to actively join this programme by donating books for the library.

Opening of a Library

 

All the members of our club are hereby informed that our club is going to open a library in our club next month. Every member is invited to actively join this programme by donating some books for the library. You can also contribute by donating some money instead of books. The members are earnestly requested to deposit their contribution by 25th December, 2024 so that we can make our library functional from the next year. The inauguration of the library is scheduled on 2nd January, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. All the members are requested to attend the event. For further information the undersigned may be contacted.
